Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt bei Familie Geisler. Das Hotel liegt für einen Skiurlaub strategisch gut. Die Bushaltestelle erreicht man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß und der Skibus fährt in der Hauptsaison alle 10 Minuten in Richtung Hintertuxer Gletscher. Zudem ist das Hotel mit Skischuhtrocker, Handschuhtrocknern, Skikeller, etc. ausgestattet. Wir möchten insbesondere den Service der Familie Geisler hervorheben, den man vermutlich nicht mal in jedem 5-Sterne Hotel findet. Sie standen einem jederzeit mit Rat und Tat (Wetterbericht, Empfehlungen für die Region sowie interessante Fakten zur Historie) zur Seite. Auch die Kulinarik kommt hier nicht zu kurz und es wird jeden Abend ein qualitativ hochwertiges und leckeres Abendmenü serviert. Selbst glutenfreie Ernährung war problemlos möglich, es wurde sogar ein glutenfreies Schnitzel gezaubert. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle und authentische Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!
We had a perfect stay with the Geisler family. The hotel is strategically located for a ski holiday. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and the ski bus runs every 10 minutes in the high season towards the Hintertux Glacier. The hotel is also equipped with ski boot dryers, glove dryers, a ski cellar, etc. We would particularly like to highlight the service provided by the Geisler family, which you probably won't find in every 5-star hotel. They were always on hand to offer advice and assistance (weather report, recommendations for the region and interesting facts about history). The cuisine is not neglected here either and a high-quality and delicious evening menu is served every evening. Even gluten-free diets were possible without any problems; they even conjured up a gluten-free schnitzel. Thank you very much for the great and authentic hospitality, we would love to come back!

Spent a great week at this family run hotel! Food & wine were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. We had a great room with excellent views from the balcony. Plenty to see & do in this area & I reached my first peak (Grublspitze) here at age 74!!

Gastvrijheid in Tüx
Het was onze derde keer bij Hotel Pension Sonnleiten. Iedere keer heb je het gevoel dat je bij goede vrienden op bezoek bent, zo vriendelijk is de ontvangst en ook gedurende het verblijf blijkt uit alles dat Sandra, Georg en Daniel er plezier in hebben om hun gasten het naar hun zin te maken. De dag begint met een zeer compleet ontbijtbuffet en gedurende de dag kan je altijd plaats nemen op het terras voor een hapje of een drankje. Het afsluitende diner aan de hand van een keuzemenu is altijd van hoge kwaliteit, net als de wijn aanbevelingen van Daniel. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader.
Hospitality in Tüx
It was our third time at Hotel Pension Sonnleiten. Every time you have the feeling that you are visiting good friends, the welcome is so friendly and also during the stay it is clear from everything that Sandra, Georg and Daniel enjoy making their guests feel at home. The day starts with a very complete breakfast buffet and during the day you can always take a seat on the terrace for a snack or a drink. The closing dinner based on a choice menu is always of high quality, just like the wine recommendations from Daniel. As far as we are concerned, a real recommendation.

Heel mooie accomodatie, lieve mensen, verzorgde, propere kamers en heel lekker van eten.
Een heel charmant hotel. Heel vriendelijke mensen die nog in nauw contact staan met hun cliënten. Het was precies of je bent thuis. Een lach een mopje was nooit te veel. Het eten was heel lekker en gevarieerd. De kamer was zeer prober, het uitzicht heel mooi. Heel behulpzame mensen, ik moch gratis wandelstokken lenen. Dit hotel verdient in feite een 4 sterren. We hebben er echt van genoten.

A very charming hotel. Very friendly people who are still in close contact with their clients. It was exactly like being at home. A laugh and a joke was never too much. The food was very tasty and varied. The room was very tasteful, the view very beautiful. Very helpful people, I could borrow walking sticks for free. This hotel actually deserves a 4 star rating. We really enjoyed it.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera ampia, molto luminosa, silenziosissima e pulitissima. Recentemente rinnovata. Balcone enorme a nostra disposizione. Bagno forse un pochino piccolo. No frigobar in camera. Proposta colazione e cena varia e molto buona. Proposta di vini austriaci ottima. Famiglia Geisler simpatica, gentile, disponibile e professionale.
We stayed in a large, very bright, very quiet and very clean room. Recently renovated. Huge balcony at our disposal. Bathroom perhaps a little small. No minibar in the room. Breakfast and dinner offer varied and very good. Excellent selection of Austrian wines. Geisler family friendly, kind, helpful and professional.
